I had a persistent cough after a nasty cold, and the staff at Farmacopia recommended this product. I was able to sleep better at night and after just 4 days of using this product, ther cough has completely gone away. I highly recommend it.

I have been using In the Moment for Years. Although it is great to take during the day for high stress moments I also keep a bottle by my bedside and if I wake up in the middle of the night and my thoughts start spinning I take a few dropperfuls and easily go back to sleep. I always buy the largest size because this is one of my go to remedies and I want to have it on hand at all times.
