I've been using two tinctures made at Pharmacopeia for the last 4 years: Not Sick & Got Sick. During flu season I take Not Sick daily with my tea and, when I remember to take it daily, it helps protect me form colds and flu's consistently. Occasionally, I'll miss a day or two (yeah, I get to busy & it falls off my radar) so once in awhile a cold or flu will try to sneak in. When I start to feels synths coming on I switch to Not Sick and all symptoms are gone within twenty four hours. My body really responds to this stuff! Consequently, I no longer get the recommended flu shot. I let these tinctures do their thing and they work every time. Five stars!!
I'm not usually one to fuss with "beauty" products beyond a good moisturizer/sunscreen but on an impulse I gifted myself this for a 70th birthday present. I was happily surprised that almost immediately my skin felt smoother and softer and after two weeks of consistent use twice/day my uneven skin tone seems to be improving too. I tend to break out with oils on my face but this has caused zero issues. Loving the pampering treat!
