I use as a supplement to getting enough protein along with my Equip Powder in morning shake. I was using other "Organic"protein products and found out how many have high lead and other issues. Such a relief to have these passing the safety testing. That really matters to me.

I’ve tried fiber supplements in the past, and have not liked either the viscosity or taste. This one truly dissolves completely in water and has no taste. It’s also very effective.
