Defend Throat Spray is always with me when I travel. It keeps my immune system boosted and keeps me healthy and protected at the first sign of a sore throat. Highly effective!!
Don't get excited about the churro flavor :) The flavor experience is more like cinnamon flavored collagen. The texture is very dense and chewy, takes some time to eat. Good for people with strong teeth. The stellar ingredients and the protein content make it great snack. This isn't something you eat for pleasure necessarily but ingredient-conscious consumers looking for a convenient snack will enjoy it. I gave it 4 stars for the ingredients and utility. Taste and overall experience of eating it was closer to 2 stars. Again - we aren't expecting a Snickers bar when we choose something like this, so overall I am inclined to buy it again but will be likely choosing other flavors.
When my husband started to feel a scratchy throat and low energy I started taking Not Sick; then when I felt mild symptoms I added Got Sick. This combo worked well and after 1 day I felt great again! Thank you!
