1 Softgel contains: Calories 5, Calories from fat 5, Total Fat 0.5 g, Coenzyme Q10 (as reduced form ubiquinol) (Kaneka QHTM) 100 mg. Other Ingredients: canola oil, gelatin, glycerin, diglycerol monooleate, purified water, beeswax, caramel color, sunflower lecithin.
Usage
Take 1 softgel daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. If additional support is desired, take up to 3 softgels daily.

I was disappointed to find it doesn’t dissolve in coffee at all and when I tried mixing it in milk then adding both to my coffee it still was lumpy. I was told it was delicious in coffee and feel misled
