    Safe and helpful

    I was given a small amount by a friend. I have constant pain and swelling at the base of my thumbs from age (63) and arthritis. As well as working in a grocery store (repetitive movement) and this really helps plus it's not nasty medication stuff. So I purchased and use it daily for relief. It's the only thing I've tried that ever helped.
