I generally have a very decent digestive system but occasionally experience some mild nausea or gastritis from food or stomach bug and I always keep a bottle of Quiet Digestion in my medicine kit because it works so well. At the first sign of any stomach upset I take a dose and then follow up with a second dose later in the day. I usually have to remind myself to do the second dose because the first was so effective.
