Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose before using Xlear Nasal Spray. Prior to initial use, prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping one or more times until the solution is dispensed. Insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through your nose.
Use preventatively as often as needed to cleanse nasal passages and sinuses. For best results, use at least twice daily. The metered nasal pump sprayer provides a precise amount of soothing spray in a fine mist. Wipe nozzle clean after each use and replace the cap.
The spray seems to be helping my chronic throat drainage issue. Using the spray in combination with daily nasal rinsing seems to be helping. I think the spray will be effective when traveling and I won't have the opportunity to do a daily nasal rinse.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the cream. It is thick, with a bit of oil. A little bit goes a long way. I have a few aging red spots on one side of my face. Since using the cream, they are a bit less evident. I received the cream from a friend and now purchase on my own.
