Douglas Labs’ Melatonin P.R. Tablets provide 3 mg of melatonin in each serving. The body begins to produce melatonin at night time or in the dark. Any kind of disruption related to light exposure around bedtime could inhibit this production and affect your sleep cycle. This is because melatonin is responsible for calming your body in preparation for sleep. Our melatonin production also slowly decreases with age so it’s important to supplement it as best as we can.

In a proprietary designed polymeric base formulated to release over an average of a 6 to 8 hour period.

Usage

Adults take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime as directed by physician only.
