I use this anytime I feel the beginnings of a sore throat coming on, and it nips it every time! I highly recommend having this one on hand, as it’s effective and fast acting.
I used to drink at least two cups of coffee a day for the energy but was ALWAYS left with a jittery shaky anxious feeling and would sometimes get headaches from the vasoconstriction. I bought this on a whim, brewed an 8 oz cup and added maybe 2 oz of coffee to it. I cannot believe how much better I feel and I had no caffeine withdrawal whatsoever.
It is delicious and energizing while also being calming at the same time. 100/10
I generally have a very decent digestive system but occasionally experience some mild nausea or gastritis from food or stomach bug and I always keep a bottle of Quiet Digestion in my medicine kit because it works so well. At the first sign of any stomach upset I take a dose and then follow up with a second dose later in the day. I usually have to remind myself to do the second dose because the first was so effective. Great product.
