Usage
For maintenance, take 1 capsule orally per day, preferably with a meal and a glass of water, and increase to 2 capsules per day as needed or take as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. If your healthcare professional recommends taking this product in conjunction with antibiotics, take at least 1-2 hours after taking the medication.

Fem-Dophilus ® does not require refrigeration and best to store in cool, dry place. Avoid storage at temperature above 77°F (25°C). Refrigeration, however extends shelf life.
I’ve been taking this liposomal supplement for a short time, but so far I’m really liking it. I take it as a shot first thing in the morning and wait about 20 minutes before having breakfast, so my body can absorb it properly. I feel it’s starting to work — I’ve noticed less bloating and I feel better overall. I’m looking forward to seeing more results as I continue using it. So far, very happy with this product.
This has been my favorite thing to put on my skin after shaving. It also is the only thing that is currently helping keep my eczema on my arms at bay. It was perfect all summer after swimming and being in the sun. I could go on...love this oil.
