Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body*

Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) root*

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root*

Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) fruiting body*

Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) fruiting body*

Rose (Rosa centifolia) flower*

Cassia (Cinnamomum cassia) bark*

Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) fruit*

Other ingredients:  Organic cane alcohol, vegetable glycerine, filtered water & xanthan gum at less than 0.1% to keep mushroom constituents in solution. 

Usage:

Serving size:  3-5 dropperfuls 2-3 times daily in 1-2oz of water, tea or juice.
