I take this supplement once a day mainly because I have arthritis in my knee. I find it helps with lubrication of the joints as well as allows for better mobility when I hike. 😊

I love this fragrance-free Vacha cleanser. It's hydrating and moisturizing but rinses clean without using a cloth to wipe away the excess. Feels great for my postmeno skin using it for my nighttime skincare ritual.
So far so good with this cleanser for polysensitive facial skin. I like that it doesn't have a strong fragrance or essential oils which can irritate my skin. So far , soothing and clear skin.
