So far so good. I've been doing many things to support my health at a higher level. I do feel these salad bitters make my liver happier.
These bitters are good for when you are going to be eating a meal with anything potentially inflammatory or just lots of ingredients. I always feel that I can weather the storm easier when I support my system with this delight.
I love these bitters for the digestive aid they offer before a meal and after (especially with foods that are inflammatory or a bit harder to digest). I also appreciate the liver, lymph and kidney detox and support. The taste reminds me of Spring-fresh bitter greens. Wonderful in the winter time, when food tends to be on the heavier side, and also great anytime!
