Usage

It was recommended to me by a good friend to take this supplement. I have had some bone loss, have skin issues and also other things that I want to get a handle on. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is that trying to just get 1 drop from the dropper is very challenging because this is a liquid and 2 drops often happen. I am also just starting to take it so not sure how it is working yet. But it has no taste and is easy to put into my morning drink so I am hopeful that it will be a winner.
I'm hooked on this product and think that it's one of the best omega oils out there. I have taken it daily since the start of my pregnancy, and have come back for more.
