Ingredients 

Per serving: Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate, ascorbic acid) (1,000 mg), Sodium (as sodium ascorbate) (88 mg), Phosphatidylcholine and Phosphatidylethanolamine Complex (from non-GMO Sunflower oil) (400 mg).

Other Ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, natural flavors and potassium sorbate (0.1%). Natural flavors are a pineapple and orange blend.

Usage

Adults and children age 4 and over: Chew 2 tablets daily with food or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
