Easily digested, vegan formula.
This vitamin is easy to swallow. I have been taking it for several weeks and it does not cause me to bloat nor does it upset my stomach. I love that it is vegan & non GMO. It contains what I need on a daily basis.
This product was recommended by Dr. Josh Margolis at Farmacopia to address troubling brain issues that my neurologist could not offer suggestions for.
