Usage
Nutrivitamin Enzyme Complex™ Directions and/or Dosage Adults take 2 or 3 capsules twice daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

I use as a supplement to getting enough protein along with my Equip Powder in morning shake. I was using other "Organic"protein products and found out how many have high lead and other issues. Such a relief to have these passing the safety testing. That really matters to me.
My whole digestive track became viscerally hypersensitive after a food borne infection and I was in terrible pain. This supplement is a simple effective solution and after two months of pain, I have relief. It took two months to get a referral and appointment with a gastroenterologist, and once I had the visit, 2 days of taking this to get relief from the pain.
I’ve tried fiber supplements in the past, and have not liked either the viscosity or taste. This one truly dissolves completely in water and has no taste. It’s also very effective. I was resistant to my dr.’s suggestion to add a fiber supplement as I eat a high fiber diet. But apparently not high enough, this supplement helped get my system back on track.
