Add 1-2 tbsp of dried herb per cup of water to the vessel of choice. Pour nearly boiling water over the herbs. Cover vessel with the lid and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Use a mesh strainer to strain infusion and drink. Tip: Increase potency by letting your tea steep for at least 20-30 minutes or prepare your tea before bed to steep overnight! For a stronger therapeutic infusion add more herb per cup of water.
It works! I use it about twice/week and use cannabis in between. I find that sleep remedies work best for me if I vary them. I’ve used Sleep Relief for about 5 years. I recommend it to friends and family.
