Usage
2 capsules per cooked food meal or snack, depending on content and volume of meal. Ideally, take with the first bites of meal/snack.

I was disappointed to find it doesn’t dissolve in coffee at all and when I tried mixing it in milk then adding both to my coffee it still was lumpy. I was told it was delicious in coffee and feel misled
