Add 1-2 tbsp of dried herb per cup of water to the vessel of choice. Pour nearly boiling water over the herbs. Cover vessel with the lid and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Use a mesh strainer to strain infusion and drink. Tip: Increase potency by letting your tea steep for at least 20-30 minutes or prepare your tea before bed to steep overnight! For a stronger therapeutic infusion add more herb per cup of water.
I started drinking a cup of this the week before my period and during, and found my pms was pretty much non-existent and I didn't really have cramps (especially when paried with a smaller dose of the Crampy tincture)! It's got an earthy-cocoa flavor and I enjoyed it with a splash of oat milk and a little honey. I really loved incorporating this into my monthly self-care practice around my cycle. (The only thing is I wish more of the tea came in the bag)
