Ingredients

Organic Ingredients:  Marshmallow Leaf, Mullein, Tulsi, Elderflower, Field Mint, Lemon Balm, Nettle.  Caffeine free.

Usage

Instructions: 1 tsp of herbs per cup of tea, cover and steep 10-20 minutes, remove cover, inhale herbal steam, strain and enjoy tea.
