As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for holistic health, Virginia believes that wellness is about supporting the whole person. She enjoys helping people build sustainable habits through movement, nutrition, and herbal medicine, and loves empowering others with practical, easy-to-understand wellness education.
