Usage
4 capsules twice daily

Ar-encap is a great product for arthritis. I have been using it for years and have been very satisfied. I have recommended it to several people over the years and use it daily.

What I love about Suntegrity sunscreen is how smooth and clean it is. It doesn’t feel heavy or greasy and applies very nicely. The only thing I do not like is that the tint my tends to gather in my wrinkles due to my age. Would love if it came tint less.
I have used this product for a number of years and have been very satisfied. I love that it has bioflavinoids, also that the serving size is 500 mg. When I start to feel sick, I up the amount I take, Otherwise I take one daily as part of my supplements.
