Usage
1 drop daily. The micelle drops can be mixed in water or other beverage.
It was recommended to me by a good friend to take this supplement. I have had some bone loss, have skin issues and also other things that I want to get a handle on. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is that trying to just get 1 drop from the dropper is very challenging because this is a liquid and 2 drops often happen. I am also just starting to take it so not sure how it is working yet. But it has no taste and is easy to put into my morning drink so I am hopeful that it will be a winner.

I love this protein supplement. Such a great way to boost my protein intake. Without a blender, it is a little challenging to mix with the Oak Milk I use which is why I give it 4 stars instead of five.
