Sweet Potato Rounds + Super Power Adaptogen Powder Nut Butter

Some of us crave carbs, some of us crunchy... others of us... we know who we are... crave sweet. Here's a supercharged snack that satisfies that itch.

1-2 sweet potatoes (adjust for desired leftovers)
Extra virgin olive oil

For the Super Power Adaptogen Powder Nut Butter:

1 c nut butter of your choice
1 tbsp Farmacopia Super Power Adaptogen Powder
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Sprinkle of ground cinnamon


Peel sweet potatoes and slice into 1/2 inch rounds.

Brush both sides with olive oil.

Roast at 350 F for 30 minutes, turning once.

Raise temp to 400 F. Roast 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown.

Place 2-3 rounds on a plate and wrap the rest up and refrigerate.

Enjoy as is with a little salt & pepper or top each round with 1/2 tbsp nut butter for extra protein.

For additional adrenal support, I like to boost my nut butter with a healthy dose of Super Power Adaptogen Powder.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate. I always like to have some of this on hand to slather on sliced apples and celery sticks or include in my morning protein smoothie!
