This formulation combines two forms of vitamin A—palmitate and betacarotene—that have been micellized into extremely small droplets that are easily absorbed into the bloodstream. Potassium sorbate provides a safe, well-tolerated, and hypoallergenic stabilizing agent for the liquid Micellized Vitamin A preparation. Each drop supplies 5,025 IU of vitamin A.

Vitamin A (5,000 I.U. as vitamin A palmitate and 25 I.U. as beta-carotene) - 5,025 I.U.
Other Ingredients: Glycerin, purified water, polyethoxylated castor oil, citric acid, and potassium sorbate.
Usage
1 drop daily. The micelle drops can be mixed in water or other beverage.
I have been using In the Moment for Years. Although it is great to take during the day for high stress moments I also keep a bottle by my bedside and if I wake up in the middle of the night and my thoughts start spinning I take a few dropperfuls and easily go back to sleep.
