Glutathione is an important antioxidant that is naturally found in every cell in the body, providing protection from free radicals and peroxides. Within the body, glutathione is produced from three amino acids: L-cysteine, glycine and L-glutamic acid. Glutathione is present in the body in two forms: reduced and oxidized. The oxidized form can be recycled and converted back into the reduced form via important enzymatic reactions within the body. Glutathione is also present in many dietary sources, though its amino acid precursors are more abundant in foods. Usage
Shake lightly before each use. On an empty stomach or between meals, take 4 ml (about 3/4 tsp) by mouth. May also mix in 1 oz. of water or juice (juice may be preferred due to the potent taste of glutathione). Use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 3 hours of bedtime.
I've struggled with digestive issues most of my life and have tried many different bitters over the years. These are among the best I've found! They're gentle but effective, and they taste good. Highly recommended!
Wonderful effective cream. A tub please rather than tube.
This product was referred to me by a friend awaiting hip replacement surgery and I have been so thankful. It gives relief from RA inflammation pain when I apply at night (RA pain thank you for and inflammation increases over night) and have also used for my husband for this body pain. I have previously tried traumeel with no help at all. The only downside is the tubes are so small! I do get the large tube but would prefer a tub to be able to use every drop of the cream rather than wasting what can’t be squeezed out of the tube
