Refreshing
We purchased this for my son after cross country practice, and he enjoyed drinking it. Its refreshing without being overly sweet. I don't generally like the monk fruit aftertaste, but this is light enough that I can enjoy as well. I'd recommend as a post-workout drink.

This has been my go to bitters for a while. I can feel it really wake up my digestive system to do it's job. I've had less bitter "bitters" and find that these to be the most effective for me.
