Usage
One soft gel daily in the morning, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional or pharmacist. For extra support, take two to three soft gels daily in the morning, with food, for the first two weeks. Then, one soft gel daily thereafter.
What I love about Suntegrity sunscreen is how smooth and clean it is. It doesn’t feel heavy or greasy and applies very nicely. The only thing I do not like is that the tint my tends to gather in my wrinkles due to my age. Would love if it came tint less.
I have used this product for a number of years and have been very satisfied. I love that it has bioflavinoids, also that the serving size is 500 mg. When I start to feel sick, I up the amount I take, Otherwise I take one daily as part of my supplements.
