Brew 1 heaped TBSP of Reishi Roast ground with 8 ounces of boiling water, preferably in a French Press. Steep a minimum of 5 minutes, and longer for a stronger extraction.
Press and add to 4 ounces of hot milk of choice. Sweeten to taste.
To make this iced, pour your brewed RR over ice, and add cold milk of choice.
