NO-SUGAR Celery Shrub

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of celery with leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup ACV
  • ½ c water
Combine all ingredients in Vitamix or blender. Blend for 30-60 seconds, until well mixed but not pureed. Allow to sit in the blender for a few hours, and strain. I didn't use sweetener in this one—but if you wish to, now is the time to add it! Shake well until combined and refrigerate.

 

Cleansing Mocktail:

  • 1-2 oz shrub
  • 2-5 droppers of "Salad Bitters"
  • 6-8 oz sparkling water
  • Celery leaf or dill sprig to garnish

    Cocktail Version 1:

    • 1-2 oz shrub
    • 1.5 oz clear rum or cachaca
    • 6-8 oz sparkling water
    • Celery leaves or dill sprig to garnish

    Cocktail Version 2:

    • Add 2 oz shrub to your favorite bloody mary mix, with a dash of Salad Bitters!
