  • Soften 1 T gelatin into 1/2 C cold water.
  • Dissolve mixture into 1 1/4 C very hot water.
  • Add tart cherry concentrate and magnesium powder. Stir and allow to fizz and settle.
  • Pour into a container for gelling - the shallower the container the faster the gelling. 
  • Cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours and enjoy!

Note: To obtain the texture of a 'gummy' increase the gelatin to up to 6 T per recipe.
