Start your day off right with this inflammation-fighting smoothie that has the added benefit of tasting like a cherry milkshake!
8-12 oz mixture of hemp milk + coconut milk
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 c organic cherries, fresh or frozen
1 handful baby organic spinach or 1 tsp Vitamineral greens
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 serving of protein powder
Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Adjust for desired consistency and sweetness.

Cherries are one of our anti-inflammatory summer stars: they are chock full of the antioxidant flavonoid constituent anthocyanins, pigments responsible for cherries’ brilliant color.
