Farmacopia Operating Procedures

UPDATE! We are open for in-store shopping!
We still have phone ordering, in-store pickup, and online shopping available. 

As of June 30, 2021, we ask that everyone continue to wear a face mask indoors as required by the state guidelines.

In-store shopping:

      sonoma safeDid you know Farmacopia is a registered Sonoma Safe business? As such we have pledged to go above and beyond to help slow the spread of Covid-19. 

      External safety operating procedures:

        • Pick up is available 10:00-6:00 M-F, 11:00-5:00 on Saturday. 
        • If you have made your order online, you will get an email letting you know when your order is ready.
        • Our practitioners have returned to in-person practice as state and county guidelines allow.

       

      Internal safety operating procedures:

      • Staff will be masked.
      • We have rearranged the store to allow for safe shopping for our customers and staff.
      • We have installed sneeze guards at registers to keep everyone safe.
      • We are able to keep the doors open most days to allow for better airflow.
      • We allow a wide berth for deliveries arriving from our mail carriers.
      • We are using 75% alcohol solution to sanitize surfaces after cleaning them, as well as doorknobs, phones, keyboards, pens, etc. We are also using a UV sanitizing wand at the manufacturer-recommended distance for difficult to sanitize surfaces.
      • We are using soap and water to wash our hands constantly, as we know this is the best way to protect ourselves and our customers! We utilize hand sanitizer with a minimum of 62% alcohol on hands in between washings.

      We require these advanced measures for the health and safety of our staff and community—You!

      I want to thank you all for your patience and your loyalty to us through this strange and difficult time. It means the world to me, and to all the staff here at Farmacopia that you keep calling us and placing online orders. Your business has allowed us to keep our jobs. There have certainly been moments when it has felt awkward to talk to our customers through masks, through glass. But we hope you can feel our warmth and gratitude. We are smiling at you behind that mask!
