Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf*

Milky Oat (Avena sativa) spikelet*

Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) herb*

Linden (Tilia x vulgaris) leaf & flower*

Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) flower*

Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata) herb*

Motherwort (Leonorus cardiaca) herb*

Other ingredients:  Organic cane alcohol, vegetable glycerin & filtered water

Usage:

3-5 dropperfuls, 2-3 times daily in 1-2oz water, tea, or juice.
