Usage
To use apply after cleansing your face after misting with toner and for your body, start with one pump per limb after a shower, a shower while your skin is still damp, a day in the sun, as a massage oil, or in a bath.
This left my skin feeling soft and not overly greasy. I am in the northeast and it provides great hydration and protection from the harsh cold! Also, it smells delicious :-).

I started using Pure encapsulations ONE multivitaminin 2018 when I consulted a Registered dietitian/nutritionist. She ordered it for me the first time and said it was the best multi-vitamin on the market. Would not consider any other brand. The entire line is very good but the multi is a must.
