How To Use
FOR HEAT THERAPY: fold the compress in half and place in the microwave. Heat in 30-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (no longer than 1.5 minutes). Always test the temperature of your wrap before applying to your skin.
FOR COLD THERAPY: store in the freezer until ready to use.

I tried this on a whim, and it turns out to be such a good find! First and foremost, this works. And second, it is absolutely delicious. I love that is it alcohol free, and I think it must be the glycerin that makes it yummy! I don't know why there aren't more rave reviews for this product. It is a real helper for me, as it calms any anxiety-flares right away, without any drowsiness. I've even bought one as a gift for a friend, it's a gift to be shared.
