These botanical gems offer deep immune and full body support through seasonal changes and winter months. Simmer with your bone or veggie broth for 2-24 hours for best extraction. Earthy, delicious, with a flavor zip from ginger and turmeric. Each jar makes 3 batches of broth.
To make your own veggie or bone broth, add onions, garlic, celery, carrots, giner and choice of organic bones - season with sea salt and culnary herbs to taste.
Reishi Mushroom*, Astragalus Root*, Shiitake Mushroom*, Maitake Mushroom*, Poria Cocos Fungus, Eleuthero Root*, Turmeric Root*, Ginger root*, Dulse* and Wakame* Seawood Flakes
Add 1/3 of contents to 6-10 quarts of bone or veggie broth of choice. Simmer 1-3 hours for best extraction. Strain.
