In the plant kingdom, flowers are mainly meant to attract, while resins soothe and repair, fruit brings sweetness and playfulness, and roots strengthen and ground. Sensual essential oils can help inspire creativity, lower inhibitions, promote passion and confidence, and revive the spirit. Here are some DIY body and massage oil recipes to bring on the bliss.
Add 12-15 total drops of essential oils to every 1 oz. of your favorite carrier oil or unscented lotion. Excellent when applied after showering as a body moisturizer, or for use during massage.
