Ordering Options: You have three options when ordering:
Shop Online: Our secure online store is equipped with a shopping cart for your convenience. As you browse through the store, simply fill in the quantity of each product you would like to purchase and then click the Add to Cart button. As you add more items to your cart, the page will flash to indicate that the merchandise has been added. You can easily view, alter or delete items from your shopping cart by clicking on the Checkout button on the top of each page within the store. To delete an item, simply type a zero into the quantity field on this page and then click the Recalculate button. When finished shopping, click on the Checkout button. From there you can fill out and submit an online order form that will safely process your credit card information. Or you can phone in your order to our toll free number using your shopping cart order form as a guide. After submitting your order, you will receive an order number. Please make note of this number for future reference. If you have any problems sending your order electronically please call (800) 896-1484 or email us at info@farmacopia.com. Telephone Orders: To use the good old-fashioned telephone ordering system, call (800) 896-1484 and place your order. To make the call more efficient, you can shop online until your cart is full and then click the Checkout button. Then you can simply read your selections to our customer service representative over the phone. Farmacopia is open to take orders from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Fax: To Order via Fax, enter our store and use the shopping cart to select the items you wish to order. When you are satisfied with your selections, click the Checkout cart button and then select the fax option when asked. When asked, print the page. Fax your printout to (707)528-1015:  Payment Options: Credit Card Purchases: We accept Visa, and MasterCard. Online credit card purchasing is available to U.S. residents only. This site uses a secure server to safely transmit your credit card information over the Internet. Simply fill out the shipping and billing information on the Order Form and click the Submit button. A customer service representative will contact you if any problem should occur. Security: We have taken numerous steps to ensure a safe shopping environment. Our shopping cart does not use database tracking to monitor the behavior of individual customers and allows each customer to remain anonymous until the point of purchase. And we do not sell or trade our e-mail list with other organizations. Once you hit the checkout page the entire site is cloaked with SSL - a Secure Socket Layer, which encrypts your information to keep it private and secure. Shipping: Shipping costs are determined by the cost of your order. For orders between $1 to $129.99 the cost for shipping is $6.95, and for orders of $130 or more the shipping cost will be $9.95. If the product is in stock it will be shipped the day after the order is processed. For multiple orders the shipment will go out as soon as all of the products are received to complete the order. We will contact you if, for any reason, the order is delayed due to a back order etc...Also, we can ship a partial order right away, if needed, by letting us know via email or telephone. Return & Refund Policy: Orders may be canceled up to 3 days after placing your order. Once shipped, orders may be returned within 30 days. If unopened, you will receive a full refund.
